Très bon emplacement mais rapport qualité prix décevant, dommage car beau potentiel.
Positive: L’emplacement
Negative: La chambre n’est pas fermé totalement par un mur séparateur.
La salle d’eau est médiocre, moisissures et fenêtre qui ne s’ouvre pas et qui n’isolait pas du bruit.
Les fenêtres du salon étaient pas isolantes non plus du bruit et de la lumière.

Positive: Idealna lokalizacja, samodzielne proste zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Duża przestrzeń w pokoju. Dostępne ręczniki na plażę.
Negative: Obiektowi przydałby się remont zwłaszcza w łazience. Cienkie ściany. Trafił nam się pokój przy samym wejściu do obiektu przez co słyszeliśmy jak każdy wchodził wychodził oraz stukanie butów osób mieszkających wyżej.

The place is so close to beach access, Miami night life, parks. Easy walk for us with kids.

Just Love it here !
Positive: Centrally located , beach and great restaurants are within few steps walk . We enjoyed our stay , and had a fantastic time in Miami by the south beach …
